If you want to return your items, pls contact us to get the shipping address.

And all items must stay in original status: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

----If it is not a quality problem and the buyer want to return or exchange the goods, the buyer has to pay all shipping costs. We support returns or exchanges.

---- Before you place an order, you need to confirm the color, size and style we offered, and if it is not the quality problems, stockxkicks don't accept return.

---- Stockx kicks sent the correct size to you, but you feel is not fit, then we don't accept return, so suggest you can contact Customers Service to check the CM of insole before shipping after you puchased.

---- If it is the quality problem or we ship mistaken version to you, please take photos of the item and send the pictures to us. We will take responsibility for the quality problem item.

----If your item is intercepted by customs, we will send it to you again. (But we will only resend it once).

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:

2) You ordered the wrong model or size of the product yourself.
